Can not control MOTU AudoExpress from MainStage

I seems to have a problems with setting the MOTU express control from MainStage. So, first, here is environment:

1. OSX 10.6.8 all the latest
2. MainStage 2.2.2 (32-bit)
3. MOTU AudioExpress. Driver 1.6 54199, firmware 1.03, boot 1.03

When loaded, CueMix succesfully controls volume, trim and all other parameters. Than loaded MainStage. Select the new template, Audio Input as MOTU, output as MOTU. If I put the audio on Inputs 1-2, I see the signal. Than I am going to Layout and created couple faders and couple signal meters. In Edit , I map faders with Input 1 and 2 volumes and signal meters with Input 1 and 2 signal meters. I see the signal, but when I moving faders in MainStage, nothing happens. In CueMix, it's works.

Apparently, this is my mistake in setting assignments, and I will appretiate any assistance which can lead me towards working configuration.
