Q: Itunes new install on windows 7 can't find library on external hard drive

I just installed itunes on a new windows 7 computer - On my previous computer I had my itunes library on an external hard drive.

 

I can't get itunes to find most of my music.

 

I can't figure out why this has to be so hard - please help.
