how do you open iCloud
i cant figure out how to whats on my icloud

System preferences > iCloud > Manage.

iCloud isn't an app. Open System Preferences > iCloud to choose what you want to sync to your Mac from your iCloud account.
Another way or seeing what's in your iCloud is to open http://www.icloud.com and log in with your Apple ID. If you want to see things stored in iCloud, open System Preferences > iCloud > Manage
Photo Stream photos go to iPhoto.
Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Notes and Reminders will appear in their respective applications. In Lion, there is no Notes app, and Reminders will appear in the Calendar app.
For anything else, go to http://icloud.com.
