Had to restore all my IPhone info back to phone after updating at Apple Store. Can't get my app store app or many other apps to download back to my IPhone.

Brought my IPhone 4 to apple store. Cleaned and updated recent downloads. Came home, hooked to ITunes on Computer, restored all but my APP icon and my apps that were previously on my phone and saved in ITUNES. Don't know how to restore all my apps back to my phone. Tried everything I know-which is limited.Please advise in simple terms please!!!

1. Settings > iTunes & App Stores > sign in with your iTunes account info.

2. App Store > Updates > Purchased (top) > Select what you want to download
