iTunes 11 pauses at the end of each song with 2 seconds left

iTunes 11.0.2

Really annoying problem. Like unbearable.

When using iTunes I will play an album, etc. The first song will play. And it will pause automatically with 2 seconds left instead of going to the next song. If I hit the play button it instantly re-pauses. I have to hit the next button (then it pauses again) and then hit play. I have to do this for every single song. Please help...

This is super frustrating. I've tried restarting iTunes and my computer and tried different music, etc..
