iCloud folders in Outlook

I Have a PC with Office 365 (2013) installed using Windows 7. I can't get the iCloud folders to,open for calendars and contacts. I did the same install ok on my pc laptop.

ALso, opening iCloud control panel causes a dialog box on both machines saying Office has a problem.
