My husband used my iTunes account to download an app to his iPhone. Now I can't download the same app to my iPhone. Please help! We both use iPhone 4. He has deleted the app from his phone, but I still cannot download it
You can use an app on all of the devices associated with an account (at the same time if you want to). There's some other problem if you can't download the app.

I want to download itv player app and 4od app.
My husband has downloaded both of this on his iPhone 4 using my iTunes login details. When I go to the App Store on my Iphone 4 wanting to download these same 2 apps, the button to download (as they are both free apps, the button to download them would say 'free'), is greyed out, like I've already downloaded them.
Also, these apps come up under my list of apps to update but I can't find them on my iPhone.
I've got them on my iPad 3 with the same iTunes account so no problems there.

They are already on your phone most likely. Look for them, or use Spotlight search.
On a somewhat related subject, go to Settings/iTunes & App Stores. Look under Automatic Downloads. if Apps is ON then any app downloaded to one device will automatically be installed on yours.
