Q: Installed latest upgrade to iTunes, cannot download MP3 or connect to iTunes Store.

Problems download MP3 files; did clean install of latest software; still cannot download or go the the Store. Please help!

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

Received no messages from iTunes; its just dead. Internet access is fine, so iTunes shouldn't have a problem downloading or going to the store. Problem continues even after have a tech clean up my computer; iTunes software is slow in performance. Thanks.

Okay. With that one, just in case, let's check for LSP trouble as per the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
