I don't know the rescue email that they are giving me, what should i do?

I just bought an iTunes card of $30 & as soon as i got home i tried to use it but as i was about to buy something it asked me for security questions that i have no idea about. My rescue email i have never seen in my life, idk who's email thats of. What can i do?
