reboot to print

I have a samsung ML 2010r priner which has worked fine for years. Just in the last few days the first print request is actioned OK. Any subsequent print requests disappear. They would appear to printing normally but the printer does not even wake up.

Have tried de-installing printer then re-installing but only way to p[rint is to reboot system?

Anyone any ideas?
