how to restore games from icloud?

i have played this game called pixel people witch is supported by icloud but one day I accidentally deleted it from my ipod touch 5G and it says that it has icloud data but don't know how to restore it 😕

and i have played a lot of pocket planes but don't have it on my iphone and it says it can't restore it from icloud which ***** because i don't want to start all over again 😠

anyone please help!!!😮
