How to switch languages in Apple Store content eg: multi-lingual ipad publications

Hey, I've downloaded a free magazine app which Apple store informs me has content & interface available in 12 languages. How do I access content in different languages? If Apple could make this easier, then iPad publications would have a distinct advantage over printed ones. How does Apple store accommodate multi-lingual customers? How about: 1 click - download the language you want?
