Q: Turning off hyphenation

Hi there

Having successfully placed my first book for sale through iTunes, using iBooks Author, I'm now dabbling in creating ePub for use on iPod, iPhone, iPad.

It's going OK (even have movies running) but I've noticed some ugly hyphenation, especially in Chapter Names and large type paragraphs on the iPod, the only small device I've tried it with. Is there a simple way to turn off hyphenation in the ePub? I know I can turn off hyphenation in Pages for selected paragraphs, but does this transfer to the ePub?

Any help would be appreciated.
