I have been using iCloud but went away with no internet for 15 days. After 15 days iCloud shut down my iPad i couldnt use it until i returned home. Does anyone if you can extend the time frame from 15 days?

I have been using iCloud but went away with no internet for 15 days. After 15 days iCloud shut down my iPad i couldnt use it until i could plug it into my Laptop. Does anyone if you can extend the time frame from 15 days?
