Is there a block on downloading movies? I cannot download my purchase seasonal movies on my Apple IPAD. I am working in Erbil Iraq.

I need to know why I cannot download my purchase movies while working abroad.

I work in Iraq and before coming over I purchase the Walking Dead Series, but now when the new episodes comes out I cannon download them. Why is that?
