Disable Insert key function in MAc Word 2011

Unintended pressed of this Insert Key is often especially it is so near to Backspace.

This is like a pain in the neck while working with Mac Word 2011. It pop up the Word Help window once it was pressed unintentionally instead of Backspace.

I tried to assign shortcut key for Word Help using following.

Tool> Customoze Keyboard >

>Categories>Window and Help

> Help

Insert key show to be Help in Word 2011. I assign command + Help to Word Help.

I restart Word. Pressing the insert key without command key still bring out the Word Help window.

An addition to command + Insert key combination for help window i created earlier.
