Strange FAN noise, should I be worried?

Hello, I have MacBook Pro OS X 10.8.2 since 2010. And today this noise started to bother me. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CHwDEkfDYlI

Does any one knows exactly what is it? And how can I fix it?

Take off the bottom cover and inspect it carefully. You might run an Apple Hardware test (you may need to use OPTION D to start it):

An appointment at an Apple genius bar is probably the best option. What you have is not normal.
