My 1 year thunderbolt

My 1 year thunderbolt looks bad; had burned corners, and sometimes, humidity inside! is this normal? I have let it a apple autorized center and they told me that it had been cleaned. Is It normal to send a product to fix and it has just been cleaned? Furthermore, the product has just one year, should I expect to have a flood in the second year (when it has no warranty any more)? Some one can help me?!?! What can I do?
