Q: I cannot connect to iTunes.

I cannot access the iTunes store. I have access to all of my songs via desktop but cannot connect to itunes store. Internet connection is fine. I have also successfully downloaded album artwork. I have uninstalled iTunes and reinstalled and still doesnt work.

please help

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

It will act like its loading and finish loading and have a blank screen.

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
