Removing the SC Info folder as per the "Error 3001," "-42110," or "5103" section in the Specific Conditions and Alert Messages: (Mac OS X / Windows) section of the following document seems to help most folks reporting the iTunes launch 42110s:

I could not FIND any "SC Info" folder anywhere on my system, so couldn't delete it.

I've never actually USED iTunes, but it lauches whenever I plug my iPhone into my computer, this error message comes up (ever since the latest update that Apple pushed through) when iTunes tries to launch.

Any other suggestions than deleting that folder?
