iPhone 4s losing contacts

2 days ago my iphone 4s lost all its contacts (numbers, names and emails), though my favorites for my phone numbers were still there, but only numbers no names. This morning my notes were gone and my to get my emails the screen says "welcome to mail" and wants me to choose between aol, yahoo etc., so i'm thinking all my mail is now gone. I was not able to use google as my browser, it would tell me there is too much traffic(?) from my computer and wanted to know if i was really human, then to type in a code to let them know i was indeed human, today i can use my google browser with no problem, go figure. Anyone have any thoughts about this??
