iPhone doesnt show in iTunes

Hello,

iTunes is not recognizing my iPhone 4 on my macbook. It used to, but after I plugged the phone into a PC it does not show up on my macbook. I am using the latest version of iTunes.

Please help because this is the only way to manage what is on my phone. Thanks
