How Do I Print Grid Lines?
I'm working on a project in Numbers '09, and I can't figure out how to keep the gridlines when I print out the spreadsheet. Anyone know?
Thanks in advance!

you will have to modify the table so the gridlines have a, color, thickness and style:
you can do this in several steps:
select the table, then select the "inside edges" using the tool in the toolbar (or the inspector).
Now that the edges to modify are highlighted select the thickness, color and style:
Now repeat with the outside edges selected
Hi Blackhawk6,
Numbers printing is WYSIWYG. It prints what is visible on the screen display (with the exception of alignment guides and row and column reference tabs, which are displayed only for reference by the user, and are not part of the document).
Can you supply a screen shot indicating what is missing from your print out?

Barry
There are gridlines and there are borders. Gridlines show up only when the table is selected (so you can see where the cells are). They don't print. Borders, if a table has them, are there all the time. Borders print. You need to add borders to your table.
The simplest way would be to choose a different table style for your table, one that has borders in it. The table styles for the template you are using are located on the sidebar, lower left.If you want borders in special places, you use the border tools on the toolbar or in the Table tab of the Inspector.
