I have a iphone 4s and i want to play the videos from the internet on my phone on my samsung plasma television but i am not sure how to go about doing this because i dont have any hdmi cord but my tv has a usb port so how i can do it through that?

If you have an apple TV, use airplay mirroring (http://support.apple.com/kb/ht5209) to mirror your device to your TV.
If not, you will need to use either an HDMI or VGA cable to connect your iPhone to your TV. You will need a 30 pin to HDMI adapter or a 30 pin to VGA adapter. You can't connect through USB.
