Q: why i have not APN

My iphone 4 8GB unlocked IMEI 013276006990346 does not allow me to go to internet. If i go to setting - mobile data I don't fine anything with name APN.

It was unlocked on 22/02/2013.

Reference Number: 788598 (of the unlock)

IMEI Number: 013276006990346

Now I'm using T-Mobile but is not working the internet because the APN has not the setting for connect that network. I'm very disappoint for this thing and if there is any possibility i would like my money back because i have the warranty and my iphone has not 1 month. I'm very disappiont and sad.

The first one you get me i have not in my Iphone, and the second one how can i go there? And also The programm iTunes in my computer says me that "It is not possible to connect to Itunes Store. " Why? and can i get my money back if i have warranty and my iphone has not 1 month?
