Post-update Battery Life

Since I installed one of the latest updates (a firmware update, I believe), my battery lasts only about an hour. Just a few days ago, I could go almost 5 hours without a recharge. I'm on a 2011-era MacBook Pro 15".

Is there a way to fix this?
