None of the Apple suggestions work for restoring my iPod. It stopped working when we trid to sync it after we had upgraded our software to IOS X 10.8.2, now it won't sync and we can't restore it. We've gone through all the Apple suggestions for restoring (including putting it into disk mode). Any other advice? We never had any problems before, until we upgraded the software, and it is incredibly frustrating that Apple's own software isn't 'talking' ot each other. I will be furiuos if we have to go and buy a new one because of this. So, any help would be hugely appreciated - thanks.
