cant access all instruments and loops garageband macbook pro

i bought this in november, it is new, i cant access all the other options avaliable. a lot of people are saying i need to double click on the grey area to download the rest.. the problem is there is no grey area! i just have a tiny list of instruments avaliable etc n thats it! here's a link of what im talking about, the pics are there in my 1st threadhttps://discussions.apple.com/thread/4829113?answerId=21321435022#21321435022 it wont let me upload in this thread for some reason.
