I just installed Mountain Lion on my iMac so I could have my photos from my iPhone and iPad link to the computer, but I cannot find how to do this on the iMac.
iMac (24-inch Early 2008), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)
Is it checked in the iCloud System Preferences?
Open iPhoto along with your iPhoto Library file. You should see Roll # in the sidebar. Open Preferences under the iPhoto menu. Click on the Photo Stream icon in the toolbar. Check everything ON. Be sure your internet connection is active.
Since this is all done via wireless it will take quite some time for everything to transfer into iPhoto's Photo Stream sidebar item listed under the WEB heading.

You also need the latest version of iPhoto with the latest updates (iPhoto '11 - v9.4.2) to enable Photo Stream !

How do I access camera roll on my imac now that I am on Mountain Lion. Photos stream from from iphone to my ipad without a problem. Cloud is set up.
