Please Help, forgot administrator password for macbook pro 2011

Dear community,


I forgot my administrator password for my macbook pro from 2011


I didn´t came with any CD/DVD it's osx lion


And when I choose the reset using your apple ID icon, nothing happens


please advise

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.8)

it worked but Lost the key chain acess


Dos you operation system act irresponsive?

For example when I choose an application, the Icon get's pixelized...


Is this a bug? and also the shortcut for new tab does not work.

Another thing is when you change between desktops it opens real slow like the effect of shift+minize backwards.


do you know anything about this?
