Q: i cannot connect to itunes store and i have proper connection

I have tried to log into itunes store but nothing is happening i have checked my internet connection and it seems ok i can login on my iphone but not on my laptop i have windows vista.

Is iTunes endlessly saying "Accessing iTunes Store"? Or is something a bit different going on?

With those symptoms, I'd try the following document:

Apple software on Windows: May see performance issues and blank iTunes Store

(If there's a SpeedBit LSP showing up in Autoruns, it's usually best to just uninstall your SpeedBit Video Accelerator.)
