I HAVE MIGRATED ALL MY MAIL ACCOUNTS BUT IT DOES NOT BRING UP NEW EMAILS

I am switching from PC to MAC. I migrated all my files, but my email account has all my old emails, but will not send or received new ones. Also, All my contacts are in Outlook 2007 and it did not migrate all thei informaiton, ,just email addresses. thanks
