my phone is showing the itunes icon and a usb pic and wont turn on. The computer says I need to restore the phone!! Help!!!!

I need your help!!!! I connected my phone to the computer to import poctures and sync the phone, and now the phone shows the itunes icon as well as a picture of the usb. The computer is telling me that I need to restore my phone, YIKES!!!!!!

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1.1

You need to continue and Restore the Phone.

Once the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...

To minimise loss... Connect to iTunes on the computer you Usually Sync with and Restore from the most recent Backup...
