Annoying security questions problems

I forgotten my security questions and it wont tell me to resend the email and i don't want to call apple, i don't like calling and i wanna email but i can't find a email and online help doesn't help me because there is no option on sending the reset secuity email. This is very frustrating because all I want to update my pocket frogs game.
