Q: hi. i can not start my iphone 5 and either charge it, i tried to connect it to itunes hoping it might help but its not showing in the itunes, please hep me how to start it !!

    Connect iPhone to Wall Charger with Lightning Cable for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep connected to Wall Charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to start.
