My ipod screen just pop in to itune and the charger and i connect it to the computer and it said restore and ipod so i did but then it always said something interrupt and my ipod stay like that 4days already i dont know what happen???

My ipod screen just pop in to itune and the charger and i connect it to the computer and it said restore and ipod so i did but then it always said something interrupt and my ipod stay like that 4days already i dont know what happen???

So i was texting with my friend on imessage but then the screen just pop into the charger and itune icon i thought they want me to connect it to computer so i did. And they told me to restore ur ipod so i did but while i did they said something interrupt it. And i turn off the the power and open it again but the screen stay the same i cant use it anymore and i only have my ipod 5 like 3months. I didnt break it or anything. :(((

Try:

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.

- Try on another computer

- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

or maybe:

Restore loop (being prompted to restore again after a restore successfully completes)

Troubleshoot your USB connection. If the issue persists, out-of-date or incorrectly configured third-party security software may be causing this issue. Please follow Troubleshooting security software issues. .

Next try placing in DFU mode and then restoring.

Then try restoring on another computer.

Last, make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.
