pop-up windows

Does iBooks Author support pop-up windows linked to hyper-linked words in a text? For example, when an user clicks on a hyperlinked word in a text, he/she sees a video in a pop-up window on the same storybook. I have seen an ibooks storybook where an user clicks on a hyperlinked word in a text and sees the video in an internet browser. In this case, the user needs to look for the same storybook in the ibooks folder, and to open the storybook.
