I used to be able to print, but now the printer always says "offline". What happened?
I have a MacBook Pro purchased last Fall (2012) and an HP Photosmart C4500 Series printer.

Does the printer have power and is it turned on?
Are you trying to print wirelessly or via USB?

Have you downloaded the latest drivers?
Try resetting the printing system:
