Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
iOS 6.1.2 update on iPhone 4 has made it unable to turn on, I have plugged it into the computer and mains but nothing. Please help. I have been constantly pressing the on/off button on the top of the phone for the last hour and nothing has done anything.

it wasn't on to begin with and it won't come back on, do you know anything else I could do? it is just a black screen and nothing responds.

Is the battery charged...?
the battery was fully charged this morning and has been hardly used all day, I have tried it all but it won't come on.
I managed to sort it by pressing both buttons at the same time. It didn't need to be plugged in. Not sure what on earth was wrong. Thank you so much for your help.
