when it will be available to send emotions perfectlly to other devices than iphone..??

hello sir/madam,

i m using iphone 4 6.1.1

as i have read the artical about using emoji......it also says emotions will not be displayed to other devices perfectlly as shown in iphone.

so when it will be available than we can send emotions perfectlly to other devices as well.
