can't install apps on iphone

I can't seem to install any apps on my iPhone. I reset the iPhone, but it jus won't sync correctly. Music appears to be fine. Any ideas?

I inherited an iPhone 5c and couldn't install any apps. The App Store wasn't even on the iPhone! And in iTunes all my apps were greyed and I couldn't install any of them.

I discovered in the Settings - General - Restrictions that the option for Installing Apps had been turned off. After turning that on and reconnecting to iTunes I was able to install all my apps.

Can you install any apps from the App Store on your iPhone?

If you're syncing the apps from iTunes to your iPhone and aren't going over but you don't see any errors, try resetting the sync alerts.

Also, make sure you've authorized the computer with the correct account name. Right click an app, Get Info and look for the account name listed, then make sure iTunes is authorized with that account too.
