I did not have a problem pairing with my Iphone 4.  Just got an Iphone 5s and cant pair with my Mac.  This is absolutely rediculous and frustrating.  I have read many feeds but noone has a solution.

Bluetooth pairing between iPhone and Mac IS NOT SUPPORTED. The only two work arounds are to either have tethering enabled by your cell carrier or have a jail broken iPhone.

I don't understand. It said it can pair to your iPhone. The new "handoff" thing, right?? I'm confused..

While Continuity and Handoff USE bluetooh 4.0 they don't need to be paired......it's magic and while your iphone meets the spec your macbook doesn't.
