You can disable Messages in Spotlight Search - that won't eliminate it, but won't make it searchable.
Log a bug with Apple also. The more people do that the better chance they actually fix it.

Instead go to setting> general> reset> reset all settings ... Do that and research what you don't want your girlfriend to find lol
