Since downloading the latest version of iTunes my iPod Nano (6th generation) is not being identified. I have tried the solutions in the online help, including resetting the iPod and uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes, but to no avail. This is clearly a problem caused by the new software and I do not see why I should have to spend hours of my time trying to resolve an issue caused by Apple.
