Hi my mate thought that it will be funny to download nuts magazine to my iphone and buy a magazine is there anyway of getting a refund on it is I don't really like that magazine and have no intention reading it.

Cancel the subscription and shake down your mate for the funds. It's no different than if he'd taken cash from your wallet.
