My macbook pro died a few hours ago and will not respond to any chargers. What should I do?

From what you say, it looks like the logic board has died. Unfortunately, the only thing you can do is to take the Mac to an Apple Store or reseller to get the Mac repaired, and logic board repairs aren't cheap
Without any additional details, bring it to an Apple store and see if they can resuscitate it.
If you have AppleCare, give them a call. If not, it's a trip to your local Apple Store and/or an AASP. Troubleshooting a MacBook, MacBook Air or MacBook Pro that won't turn on
