IPHONE OVERHEATING!

After downloading the new update 6.1.2 ive noticed my 4s overheating when its on the charger, even sometimes if im using it it will get really hot. When its on the charger it will get so hot that it could be dangerous. Any idea whats up with that?

Same issue with my 4 and 6.1.2. It's getting so hot that I get an error message. Battery depletes very rapidly. It even does it in airplane mode while charging. This week I had to stick out the car window into the winter air between calls to keep it working.
