Mar 1, 2013 7:27 AM in response to BDAquaby nancybroughton,I opened Safari in 32-bit and got the same error message. My university has been in contact with Tegrity and is aware of my problem. They said that they have not seen this before, which I don't believe. I re-loaded my OS yesterday as well. I need to record Tegrity sessions for teaching. It works on my older laptop and my newer iMac at work. I would really like to be able to use it on my big screen.
