How do I unlink a device from my icloud account?

I recently set up my icloud account and on accident linked my daughters phone to my own. Now I am receiving all her texts. I read somewhere that I should just set up a new icloud account on her phone (which I did) but I am still receiving everything that she and her adolescent friends are sending to one another including facetime requests. How do I stop this?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.2

This isn't being caused by your iCloud account. It's being caused by using the same Apple ID for iMessage and FaceTime on both phones. To fix this, one of you needs to change to a different Apple ID for these services. (You can continue to use the same ID for purchasing from the iTunes and App stores.)

On one of the phones, go to Settings>Messages>Send & Receive, tap the ID, sign out, then sign back in with a different ID. Then do the same thing in Settings>FaceTime.
