Q: I had a book printed through apple made on my Mac.  There are a few problems with it and I don't know how to contact the right place to talk to someone about it.

I had a book printed through Apple made on Iphoto.  When I received it, there were two pictures that looked like negatives - not at all like what was posted when I made it.  How can I talk to someone about how to get this fixed?

    what does a preview of the book show 

    Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.

     

    This may be caused by an incorrect color profile - iPhoto bookd only use RGB profiles (sRGB is recommended) - gray scale or CYMK will not work
